Background
Serving Changemakers
My career flows in harmonious seven-year cycles: broadcasting and media communication, then entrepreneurship (co-founding and leading a publishing and advertising agency), followed by cultivating partnerships for Junior Achievement in Bulgaria, one of the world’s most impactful nonprofits.
Now I specialize in Learning & Development, building credentials to serve changemakers responsibly: individuals ready to walk the talk, teams improving dynamics to improve results, and organizations approaching wellbeing with honesty: instead improving, creating balance at the workplace, and in order to avoid burnout, to understand how in practice employees can take a conscious approach to “own” and manage wellbeing.

Professional Certified Coach (PCC) – International Coaching Federation
Since 2017:
- 200+ hours of training, 1,000+ coaching hours
- Coached hundreds of individuals through career transitions, leadership roles, startup growth, and legacy-building in the nonprofit sector and in for-impact organizations
- Authored the “Coaching Skills” chapter in “Coaching Skills for Trainers”, and have taught and mentored trainers and facilitators to implement coaching skills in their practice;
- Led and co-designed development of various L&D tools such as burnout prevention board game, SPAgame, platform and app for EQ development, training creativity cards, methodology for educators to mentor novice teachers, based on the coaching competency framework, training programme for HRs, Mentors, and leaders to utilize AI for WBL (work-based learning) mentoring;
- trained teams, groups and organizations – non-profit and for-impact, in Belgium and across Europe, to develop coaching skills and approach work dynamics with a coaching mindset

- Worked with leadership teams in education, healthcare, banking, and consulting
- Reviewed 4,500+ startup applications across 40+ countries for JA Europe, gaining insight into youth innovation and EU policy priorities.

Since 2023,
I’ve designed and delivered LSP® x Coaching workshops for clients across Europe, including JA Europe, European Environmental Bureau, IABC, and educators’ across Europe.
